1. Order Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times depend on the fulfillment center from which the product is shipped:

Please note that factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions, may cause shipping delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, and any delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
3. Tracking Your Order
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking information will be available once your product has shipped. Since products may be sourced from different fulfillment centers, each order may have a different tracking number.

4. Order Cancellation
